Removing the existing reel

Press the spool unlocking tab (1).
„
Turn the spool cover to the direction
shown by the arrow (2).
„
Lift the spool cover (3).
„
Remove the components inside the
spool.
„
Clean inside the spool by using a
clean cloth (A-C).
„
Check the amount of wear on the
spool teeth.
If necessary, replace the spools.
„
To refit the spool, perform the same
operation in reverse.

LEANING
„
Before cleaning, always switch off
the motor and disconnect the cable
from the socket.
„
Never wash the machine.
„
Clean the cutting edges of the cutting
device with a brush.
„
Use just a dry or slightly damp cloth
to clean the rest of the machine. Do
not use solvents or abrasive
cleaning agents. Before
reconnecting the appliance to the
power supply, make sure the motor
casing and internal components are
not damp.

TOPPING AND STORAGE
If you do not plan to use the machine
for a long period, perform the following
operations in order to keep it in good
condition and ensure you can start
working again later easily and
efficiently.

Clean the machine with a damp
cloth or a soft brush.
„
Put it back in its original box.
ATTENTION: Never wash the machine.
Keep it out of reach of children.

RANSPORT
„
Fix the brush cutter during transport
to avoid it from sliding.
