Chapter 4: Troubleshooting

November 2007

Tower Light not working.

1

Check to see if Tower Light is connected to Top Box Connector Plate.

Check connection to Bulkhead Board.

3

Replace Tower Light Bulbs.

4

Replace CPU.

5

Replace Bulkhead Board.

Errors showing T, or P (Top Box Logic Door 
or Top Box Switch) with no top LCD.

Verify connection to Top Box Connector Plate.

Verify Connection to Bulkhead Board.

3

Replace CPU.

4

Replace Bulkhead.

Whole game is blacked out.

Verify connection to outlet.

Verify the Power Strip under the game to see if it has been tripped (if 
applicable).

Check to see if the power plug is connected to the transformer.

Check fuse on transformer.

5

Replace transformer.

6

Replace Power Entry Assembly.

7

Replace Power Strip.

If necessary, install an entirely new set of Power Components 
(transformer, Power Entry Assembly, Power Strip).

Replace CPU.

Sleeping forever error.

Perform a RAM Clear.
