at the 16pol connector (feedback
signal to the Main Board).
Check on the main board the
Pin 6
at the 16pol connector (feedback
signal to the Main Board).
If the connections are OK, change
the door switch.
If the connections are OK, change
the door switch.
Lamp is probably burnt.
Replace it.
Only if
both
compartments lamps don’t
work yet, replace the Main Board.
Check on the main board the
Pin 7
(for fridge) or
Pin6
(for freezer) at
the 16pol connector (feedback signal to
the Main Board).
If lamp doesn’t work yet,
check the door switch (*).

Possible reason:
In case of door inner liner too low, a
not complete switch closure could
happen when door is closed.
Rise door position acting on bottom
hinge.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostic:
Fridge or freezer “open door alarm” always ON
and red LED is flashing.
Fridge and/or freezer internal lamp doesn’t work.
(*) Note:
On range 2007 NO-IDI and all range 2008-2009 appliances, a defect of the switch should implicate
also an issue of not crushed/delivered ice from the dispenser.
