Key Functions
Before first Use
Remove the bread maker and all accessories from the packaging and
dispose off all packaging material form the unit, the baking pan and the
accessories. Store the packaging material out of reach of children. There
is danger of suffocation!
Check the device for damage in transport. Clean all parts of the device
before using the first time as described below under Cleaning and Storing.
Keep the manual close to the bread maker as it is part of the bread maker.
The manual contains useful hints on properly operating the device and
important safety notes.
First make yourself familiar with the operation of the bread maker by
reading and understanding all chapters below. Only then start
making bread or marmalade.
Key Functions
Button:
Bräunung (Browning)
With the button
Bräunung
you can select between three baking
temperatures (light, medium dark). The settings are: Hell = (light), mittel
(medium) and Dunkel = (dark). The curst browning can be selected in the
programmes 1
– 7, 10, 13 – 15.
Button:
Gewicht (Weight)
Press the button
Gewicht
to select the loaf weight of the read baked
bread. The settings are 500 g and 750 g. This function can be selected in
the programmes 1
– 7.
When selecting the desired weight, the arrow will point to the correspond-
ing weight.
Buttons:
Zeit
(Time)
With the buttons
Zeit
you can determine the operation time of the bread
maker. Time settings can be made in 10 minute steps. The buttons
Zeit
can also be used to set the delayed starting function (see chapter
“Delayed Starting”).
