Key Functions
Button:

Press the button once to start the selected programme. You will
hear a confirmation sound. Only when the colon is flashing, the
programme starts working.

To pause the programme (e. g. to stir the flour if it is not stirred
evenly in the baking pan) press the button . The selected
programme stops working and the display starts flashing.
After 3 minutes the selected programme will continue working or
you will push the button
again to go on with the pro-
gramme.

To abort the running programme, press the button for
approx. 3 seconds. The colon stops flashing to indicate that the
programme is terminated.
Hint: When the colon is flashing in the display, the selected
programme is working. In this case all other buttons are inactivated
except of the
button. This feature will help to prevent any
unintentional disruption to the operation while starting the pro-
gramme.
Button: Menü (Menu)
With the button Menü you can select the desired programme. All preset
programmes are selected by pressing the button Menü several times.
Each time you press the button you will hear a confirmation sound.
Button: Eigenprogramm (Home-made)
With the button Eigenprogramm you can adjust the crust browning, the
weight, the kneading times, the rest time and the backing time individually,
according to homemade recipes.
