Check if insulation tape is
applied between drain channel
and mechanism.
Add insulation tape.

rattling.

tray incorrect.

3. Wires insufficiently secured.

1. Panel seal not tight to trim
ring.
2. Blocking catch broken

placed in the tilt position.
Vinyl headliner material wrapped
around sunshade too thin,
creating large wind channel
between mechanism rail and
side of sunshade.

either outboard edge of
