Seal replacement HOLLANDIA 700 - 40 series
1.
Remove LH / RH mechanism covers (7), glass panel (1) and exterior covers (37).
2.
Remove seal (2) from panel.
3.
Remove all foreign debris from around glass frame.
5.
Install new seal, beginning at center front of glass panel retaining channel.
6.
Utilizing your thumbs, insert seal with enough pressure to be sure of flushness (tight to panel).
7.
Trim the glass seal length. When cutting excess leave approximately 6 mm extra then work it into
retaining channel.
8.
Install the panel.
9.
Install the LH / RH mechanism cover.

Retraction mechanism replacement
1.
Retract panel (1) completely.
2.
Remove the wind deflector (4).
3.
Remove the two screws (31, 32) and move the retraction mechanism (33) forward out of the rail.
4.
Install new retraction mechanism in rail. Install two screws.
5.
Remount the wind deflector.
6.
Inspect for proper function.
