Instructions for use
Your experience of driving bicycles, cars, skiing and other similar means
of transport can be applied to our products and help you to ride your
KICKWAY E1 better.
•
Before each time you ride, check that the steering system is
correctly adjusted, that the folding system is locked, that the
brakes and wheels are not damaged, that the tyres are in good
condition and that no screws on the KICKWAY E1 are loose. If
you detect anything unusual, contact your local retailer.
•
Fully charge the battery of the KICKWAY E1 before the first use.
•
Do not make any changes to the parts of the KICKWAY E1, as
this may reduce its performance, damage it and potentially cause
serious injury.
•
Its use is regulated on public roads. Check with your local
authorities.
Respect local traffic regulations and give way to pedestrians
when riding your KICKWAY E1.
•
Always ride your KICKWAY E1 with the lights on and wearing a
high visibility waistcoat that complies with regulations.
•
Always look where you are going: a clear view will help you to
ride your KICKWAY E1 safely.
•
Do not drive on wet roads or in rain. This could lead to a loss of
grip and result in personal injury and property damage.
•
Adapt your speed to your environment so that you can stop the
KICKWAY E1 at any time.
•
When riding with other people, keep a safe distance of at least 2
metres between you and them to avoid collisions.
•
It is prohibited to use under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
•
Always keep your hands on the handlebars when using the
KICKWAY E1, the use of a smartphone or any other object while
riding is prohibited. Stay focused when driving your KICKWAY
E1: other activities such as making phone calls or listening to
music are prohibited.
•
You must wear adequate protection when using the KICKWAY
E1 to avoid injury in the event of a fall: shoes, helmets, gloves,
knee pads, elbow pads, etc.
