step 3: instAlling the Center Wing FAiring

Cut away the covering material from over the two predrilled center wing
fairing mounting screw pilot holes in the leading edge of the wing.

Apply a couple of drops of thin C/A into the pilot holes and let it dry
completely.
❑
Secure the front of the center wing fairing to the wing, using two M2 x 8mm
wood screws.
❑
If necessary, trim the sides of the cutout in the back of the center wing
fairing to fit around the front of the cockpit.
❑
Press the center wing fairing flat against the surface of the wing, then
use pieces of masking tape to hold it in place.
❑
Install two M2 x 8mm wood screws to secure the back of the center wing
fairing to the wing.
