1 Waters Xevo TQ-S cronos overview

The Waters Xevo TQ-S cronos is a triple quadrupole, atmospheric pressure ionization (API) mass
spectrometer. Designed for routine HPLC-MS/MS and UPLC-MS/MS analyses in quantitative and
qualitative applications, it can operate at fast acquisition speeds compatible with
UltraPerformance LC applications.

You can use the Xevo TQ-S cronos with these high-performance Waters ZSpray sources:

• Standard multi-mode electrospray ionization/atmospheric pressure chemical ionization/

combined electrospray ionization and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (ESI/APCI/
ESCi)

Note:

 ESI supports both the standard or the tool-free ESI probe.

• Optional UniSpray

• Optional atmospheric solids analysis probe (ASAP)
