source probes directly to non-Waters equipment, ensure that the liquid outlet
connection is grounded.
1. Squeeze the probe adapter cap release buttons together and lift the probe cap off the
probe adapter, sliding it over the probe assembly.
Tip:
Removing the probe adapter cap disconnects the high-voltage supply and the gas
flow to the probe, and stops the source nebulizer and desolvation gas flows.
