Configuring the System
Each ULTRAFLOW system is composed of a few
basic elements and is configured to your specific
application. Common elements include components
such as DLAs, flowmeters, valves, switches,
sensors, as well as mechanical and plumbing
components.
The system is configured using the Tellurus. The
configuration can be divided into 2 levels. One level
is the installer-level configuration and the other is
the user-level configuration. The installer level
configuration defines permanent aspects of the
system—number of DLAs, flowmeter calibration,
units of measure, along with other system-level
behaviors. The user-level configuration defines
items such as discharge names, colors, button
location, among other user-level concerns.
Any configuration settings can be updated, and the
entire system configuration can be saved to a
removable drive, to restore or troubleshoot the
system.
