The foam system does not output

The foam strainer is plugged.
Clean or replace the strainer.
The pressure relief valve is set too low.
Reset or replace the pressure relief valve.

Open the shutoff valve.
The inject/bypass valve is in the bypass position.
Set the valve to the inject position.
The foam concentrate is too viscous (above 2000 centipoise).
Use foam with lower viscosity (below 2000 centipoise) and calibrate the
system for the foam being used.
The foam pump and OIT have power
but do not inject concentrate when
enabled.
No water is flowing in any of the foam discharges.
Flow water through a foam capable discharge.
The flowmeter cable is malfunctioning.
Replace the flowmeter cable.

A check valve in the waterway is malfunctioning.
