Check the overall wearing of the mixer
7.3.1.
Extrusion screw
After cleaning the screw check the wearing . (Fig 7.3.1)
If the screw is very damaged contact the Manufacturer for a replacement.
7.3.2.
Mixer
After cleaning the mixer check the wearing .
(Fig 7.3.2)
If the mixer is very damaged contact the Manufacturer for a replacement.
7.3.3.
Fan filter
Remove the plastic cover protecting the filter of the fan placed on the back of the interface of the machine.
(Fig 7.3.3)
In case the filter is dirty clean it with compressed air.
After the check place it back in its place.
7.3.4.
Mixer bearing
Lubricate the Mixer bearing with silicone-based lubricant. (Fig 7.3.4)
Clean it before the operation in case it’s dirty.
7.3.5.
Mixer shaft
Lubricate the Mixer shaft with silicone-based lubricant. (Fig 7.3.5)
Clean it before the operation in case it’s dirty.
7.3.6.
Support bearing
Lubricate the Support bearing with silicone-based lubricant. (Fig 7.3.6)
Clean it before the operation in case it’s dirty.
