Per qualsiasi operazione da
effettuarsi sulla macchina (ma-
nutenzione e pulizia), gli opera-
tori dovranno essere muniti degli
appositi dispositivi di protezione
individuale (DPI):
- Scarpe antiinfortunistiche anti-
statiche (certificate).
- Indumenti protettivi antistatici
(certificati).
- Caschi.
- Guanti antitaglio antistatici.
- Mascherine protettive.
- Occhiali protettivi (certificati)
Inoltre occorre utilizzare tutti i
dispositivi di protezione previsti
dalla scheda di sicurezza del
prodotto trattato.
NOTA DI SICUREZZA: Durante
il funzionamento dell’impianto
(caricamento o svuotamento del
silos) è vietato intervenire sulla
valvola. E’ pericoloso operare
con gli arti all’interno della valvola
VCP, e pertanto occorre eseguire
gli interventi solo ed esclusiva-
mente, quando non sia in atto il
caricamento o lo svuotamento del
silo. Se il sistema di caricamento o
svuotamento viene comandato da
un quadro generale, quest’ultimo
deve essere provvisto di chiave
di sicurezza contro l’avviamento
accidentale, e la chiave deve
essere in possesso della perso-
na che esegue l’operazione di
manutenzione.

For any operation to be performed
on the machine (maintenance
and cleaning), the operators must
use the special personal protec-
tion devices (PPD) meant for the
purpose.
- Antistatic safety footwear (certi-
fied).
- Antistatic protective clothing
(certified).
- Hard hats
- Antistatic cut-proof gloves.
- Protective masks
- Safety goggles (certified)
In addition, it is necessary to use
all the protection devices envis-
aged by the safety sheet of the
product handled.
SAFETY NOTE: Do not act on
the valve during the working of
the plant (filling or emptying the
silos). It is dangerous to work with
the limbs inserted inside the VCP
valve; so work on the valve only
when silo filling/emptying is not
in progress.
If the filling/emptying operation is
controlled by a main panel, the lat-
ter must be provided with a safety
key against accidental start-up
and the key must be kept in the
custody of a person in charge of
maintenance operations.
Bevor Sie irgendeinen Vorgang
(Reinigung oder Wartung) auf der
Maschine ausführen, müssen die
Bediener mit den angemessenen
persönlichen Schutzausrüstun-
gen (PSA) ausgestattet sein:
- unfallsicheres antistatisches
Schuhwerk (zertifiziert)
- antistatische Schutzkleidung
(zertifiziert)
- Schutzhelme
- antistatische Schnittschutz-
Handschuhe
- Atemschutzmaske
- Schutzbrille (zertifiziert).
Außerdem sind alle Schutzvor-
richtungen zu benutzen, die im
Sicherheitsdatenblatt des behan-
delten Produkts vorgesehen sind.
SICHERHEITSHINWEIS: Wäh-
rend des Betriebs der Anlage
(Befüllen oder Entleeren des
Silos) darf man keine Vorgänge
an dem Ventil ausführen. Es ist
gefährlich, mit den Gliedmaßen
innerhalb des Ventils VCP zu
arbeiten. Daher dürfen Eingriffe
nur und ausschließlich dann
ausgeführt werden, wenn der Silo
weder gefüllt noch entleert wird.
Wenn die Füll- oder Entleerungs-
anlage von einer Hauptschalttafel
her gesteuert wird, muss letztere
mit einem Sicherheitsschlüssel
gegen unbeabsichtigtes Ein-
schalten versehen sein und der
Schlüssel muss im Besitz der
Person sein, die den Wartungs-
vorgang ausführt.

tiques.
- Masques de protection.
- Lunettes de protection (certi-
fiées)
En outre il faut utiliser tous les
équipements de protection prévus
par la fiche de sécurité du produit
traité.
NOTE DE SECURITE: Pendant
le fonctionnement de l’installation
(chargement ou vidage du silo) il
est interdit d’intervenir sur la sou-
pape. Il est dangereux de travail-
ler avec les membres à l’intérieur
de la soupape VCP ; il faut donc
intervenir uniquement quand le
chargement ou le vidage du silo
ne sont pas en cours.
Si le système de chargement ou
de vidage est commandé depuis
un tableau général, ce dernier doit
être muni d’une clé de sécurité
contre le démarrage accidentel,
et la clé doit être entre les mains
de la personne qui effectue l’opé-
ration d’entretien.
