Removing and Installing a Duct Adapter

Requirements

Procedure

Follow the procedure below to install a duct adapter. 

1. Remove the 12 bolts 

(a)

 and the currently installed duct adapter 

(b)

.

2. Install a new duct adapter and replace the bolts

 (a)

.

Result

The procedure to remove and install a duct adapter is now complete. 

  

CAUTION

Hot surface hazard. The duct adapter and associated panels may be very hot 
immediately after shutting down the machine.

Allow the machine to cool before installing a different duct adapter.
