1 Select a straight stitch pattern, set the
stitch length to 4 and set a slack upper
thread tension. Attach the standard
presser foot.
2 Sew straight stitches at a distance of
10 mm.

3 Pull the lower threads to wrinkle the fabric
as desired and iron the folds.
4 Sew over the gathered material using the
decorative stitch (diamond stitch)
between the straight stitch seams.
5 Finally, pull out the straight stitch threads.
Note: To stretch or compress the decorative
stitch, set the stitch length dial to “+” or “-“ on
the right or left side of the symbol .
