Use the on-screen keyboard to alter the OSD text as follows:
1. Use the
Up
and
Down
arrow buttons on the remote control to
highlight the
Text
option.
2. Use the
Right
arrow button to confirm.
3. Press the
keypad
button on the remote control to display the on-
screen keyboard.

4. Use the
Arrow
buttons to highlight the letters you need for your
text and press the
OK
button to choose them.
5. When your text is complete, press the
Keypad
button to remove
the on-screen keyboard.
6. Press the
OK
button to save the new text.
3.3.6 PTZ setup
Use the
PTZ
(Pan, Tilt, Zoom)
Setup
menu to set the type of PTZ cameras
connected to your
VP-580. Refer to the specific product documentation for
further details and to see if additional hardware is required.
Also use this menu to set the timeout values for each PTZ camera con-
nected to the
VP-580. The timeout value represents the time given to the
cameras to respond to a remote control command.
