Q: When scrolling through my pictures and videos in the camcorder’s Playback Mode, my
screen freezes. How do I fix this?
This often happens when your Micro SD memory card has other files stored in it that are not
supported by the camera. To fix the problem:
1. Transfer the other files/folders to your computer or to another storage device and then delete
them from your Micro SD memory card.
2. Power off the camcorder. Take out the Micro SD memory card and reinsert the Micro SD
memory card into the camcorder.
3. For best results, it is recommended using a separate Class 6 or higher Micro SD memory card
exclusively for your camcorder.
Q: When I open/close Wi-Fi or finish recording, my camcorder freezes.
This often happens when you finish recording and the camcorder has not yet finished saving the
large video file to your memory card. To fix the problem:
1. Use a Class 6 or higher Micro SD memory card to make sure the video can be saved to your
memory card efficiently.
2. When you want to change modes or open/close Wi-
Fi, double check the camcorder’s status
first. The status icons flicker when in use and stop flickering when the camcorder’s action has
been completed.
