1. For FAST and EXTRA FAST modes whip eggs with water.
Note: Optimal water temperature EXTRA FAST MODE – 45-50°С.
2. Pour water (water with egg), vegetable oil and lemon juice into the form (6) (for french bread).
3. Add salt and sugar, powdered milk (for french bread, sweet bread and whole-wheat bread), then add flour.
4. Make a small cavity in the flour and put yeast into it (see that yeast does not get wet and come in contact with
salt before kneading).
5. Insert the form (6) into the process chamber, turn it clockwise until bumping and close the lid (3).
6. Press «MENU» button (11) and select the appropriate program.
7. Select loaf weight, degree of crust roasting and press «START/STOP» button (16).
