Access to memory cells
-
Switch on the unit by slight knock at the case.
- If “
0.0 kg”
or “
0.0 lb”

stand on
the scales barefoot, your feet and heels should
be fitted into the circles. Wait until your weight
is displayed.
-
Keep staying on the scales.
When the “
0000
”
symbols are displayed
and begin to disappear
gradually, the percentage of fat and water,
muscles and bone mass in body tissues is be-
ing measured.
- After measurements the following data will
be displayed: - percentage of fat “
fat”
, water
“
TBW”
, muscles “
MUS”
, bone mass “
BONE
”,
as well as daily demand in kilocalorie “
KCAL
”.
The results will be repeated three times in this
sequence.
- Estimation of the results is reflected by color
indication; – red arrow means excess weight,
yellow sector – normal weight, green arrow
– underweight.
- Then weight indications and percentage of fat
are recorded into the memory cell of the user,
which is displayed by gradually decreasing
“
0000”
, “
.
000 - …0”
.
- At gradually decreasing of “
0000”
, “
.
000 -
…0”
, you can refer to the necessary memory
cell.
- Use “
/
” to select user “
P0, P1…P9”
, and
press “
ENTER”
to confirm.
- After it the results of the previous measuring
will be displayed (weight and fat percentage),
color indicators (red arrow means excess
weight, yellow sector – normal weight, green
arrow – underweight) will not light up.
- Then gradually decreasing “
0000”
, “
.
000 -
…0”
will appear on the display, and the scales
will switch off.
Note:
- Access to memory cells is possible only at the
moment of recording of current measuring in-
dications at gradually decreasing “
0000”
, “
.
000 - …0”
on the display.
- If in one of the memory cells (for instance,
“P5”)
there are no data about weight and fat
percentage, it is impossible to recall indica-

“P6”)
.
- If the unit operates unstable, check the batter-
