Scan to multiple storage folders:
1.
Load the documents you want to scan to multiple storage folders.
2.
Press the
Function
button on the scanner to get to the button set up
for scanning to storage.
3.
Open the OneTouch Properties window.
4.
Click the button selection arrow to get to the button you’ve set up for
archiving documents.
5.
Select a configuration you created for storage and click
OK
.
6.
Press the
Simplex
or
Duplex
button to scan the documents, or click
the Button 7 on the OneTouch Button Panel.
7.
When scanning is finished, insert the next set of documents and, on
the OneTouch Properties window, select the other configuration
you’ve set up for archiving. Click
OK
.
8.
Press the
Simplex
or
Duplex
button again, or click Button 7 on the
OneTouch Button Panel.
When scanning is finished, the documents are stored in the two separate
folders.
