6. GARANTÍA

de 12 meses a partir del día de suministro, quedando
excluidas todas las manipulaciones o daños ocasionados
por manejos inadecuados o por desgaste natural de la

7. RECICLAJE DE LAS HERRAMIENTAS ELÉCTRICAS
Nunca tire la herramienta eléctrica con el resto de resi-
duos domésticos. Recicle las herramientas, accesorios y
embalajes de forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente.

Before using the cutter, read through this
INSTRUCTION MANUAL carefully.
This machine has a cover A (Fig. 1)
that protects the cutting area and the
drawing-in sheet rollers. Should the cover
open while the machine is operating,
the latter will stop automatically. Do
not tamper with or attempt to remove
the cuff.
Do not attempt to handle the motor or
electrical connections without first discon-
necting outlet B (Fig. 1) from the mains.

2. POSITIONING AND STARTING UP THE CUTTER
Choose a convenient place on a bench or worktable.
Ensure that there is sufficient room to handle the sheets
to be cut without obstruction.
Ensure that the power supply voltage
corresponds to that indicated on the
characteristics plate of the cutter.
Connect outlet B (Fig. 1) to the mains and then carry
out the necessary adjustments outlined in the following
section.
3. CUTTER ADJUSTMENTS
3.1. REGULATING THE STRIP WIDTH
The strip width is regulated by loosening fingers C
(Fig. 1), which allows the movement of guide D (Fig. 1)
for cutting strips from 13 mm (1/2") to 635 mm (25").
Cutting index E (Fig. 3) shows the width of the strip to
be cut on graduated rule F (Fig. 3).
Position the sheet to be cut against guide D (Fig. 4) in
one of two ways:
