Brief instructions
Note: the safe/cabinet is delivered open, with the deadbolts blocked, without
any code/fingerprint stored in the memory and without batteries.
Insert the batteries before releasing the deadbolts (see page 52).
With the batteries inserted and without stored codes/fingerprints, the
safe/cabinet can be opened by anyone by inserting any code or
swiping any fingerprint (see page 55).
Storing/erasing codes in the system
With the door open, access the system by pressing any key. Press to access the
menu:
Press OK to access the storing/erasing codes function.
Use the arrow buttons and to scroll through the various memory positions
(
has 10 memory positions for digital fingerprints or codes) and
check if they are free (in addition to what is shown on the display, the green LEDs
light up) or occupied (in addition to what is shown on the display, the red LEDs
light up).
If the position is free, press OK; the display will show:
Press OK again; the display will show:
A code can now be inserted (from 3 to 10 digits).
Use the arrow buttons and to move the cursor to the digit to be entered,
press OK to confirm and the code will be displayed on the second line; if the
cursor is positioned on the letter “C” and OK is pressed, the code entered up to
that point will be reset, while if the cursor is positioned on the letter “E” and OK is
pressed, the code is accepted (if at least 3 digits have been entered), 3 beeps are
emitted and the display shows:
If the position is occupied and OK is pressed, the system requests insertion of
the previously stored code for it to be erased: this ensures that only someone who
knows the code can erase it. To confirm erasing, the display will show:
Note: after 10 seconds, if no button has been pressed the system will
emit a beep and switch off automatically.
