Configuration Management

The Configuration Management Screen provides an interface for:

•  Adding and changing camera components

•  User Management

For more information on adding and changing camera components, see 

Setting up a Basic 

μVRC System

 on page 10.

To access the screen, tap 

Menu > Configuration Management

.

User Management

In the System field, tap the 

Users

 button. 

The User Management window opens. By 

default, the user Admin has been created as 

a Superuser. A Superuser has the right to add 

and delete other users.

At least one Superuser must be 

present on the system to allow 

access to User Management. The 

last remaining Superuser cannot be 

removed.

Adding a User

1. 

Tap the 

Add

 button. A new user named 

Unknown

 appears in the list.

2. 

Name the user in the 

User

 field.

3. 

Provide a password in the 

Password

 

field (leave blank for no password).

4. 

Select the 

Role

 of the user (

Operator

 

or 

Superuser

).

5. 

Tap the 

Update

 button.

Deleting a User

To delete a user, select the user from the 

list and tap the 

Delete

 button (6).

When all the required changes have been made, tap the 

Return

 button to exit the User 

Management window.
