40610.S - SIP 7" video entryphone

2 Device start-up

The first time that the device is powered on requires to follow this start-up procedure that comprehends only three

simple steps that are described in this section.

However, in order to start placing or receiving calls, the

Network

and the

VoIP

settings also need to be configured.

This three-step guided procedure takes place the first time that the device is powered up before any other

configuration. It’s used to set the basic device settings that will allow to correctly use and configure the device.

This procedure can also take place directly from from the Web UI.

First step

Select the device language

•

Choose the plant name

•

Choose the device name

Second step

•

Set a new password. It must contain at least 4 characters.

These credentials will be used to access the protected settings screens and the Web UI.
