If this is a first start-up , the VoIP configuration is the next step before being ready for placing/receiving calls.
Advanced configuration
If a static IP address needs to be configured, after selecting the desired network, in the dialog the
advanced options
checkbox needs to be selected and the following parameters need to be entered along with the password:
• IP settings: The configuration mode. Select Static.
•
IP address:
The IP address.
• Netmask: The network mask.
• Gateway: The network gateway.
•
DNS 1: The IP address of a DNS server.
•
DNS 2:
The IP address of a secondary DNS server.
All the parameters are mandatory.
After the configuration is confirmed, the settings will be reloaded. During a few seconds it may happen that these
parameters seem disabled, but it will last until the network interface is completely functional again.
Manually adding a network
After selecting the Add network icon in the Wi-Fi screen, the standard parameters need to be given:

Network SSID: The name of the network
• Security: The security standard used by the network:
• None
