Use 24-hour format:

Select between a 12 hour AM/PM clock and a 24 hour clock.

In order to keep the date and time updated also between reboots, the device needs to contact an NTP server,

otherwise it cannot provide the correct date and time since it does not have an internal Real Time Clock (RTC).

Credentials are required for accessing this screen.
