Mower does not work
Problem Cause Action
The mower stops during
mowing
a) Battery low
b) Abnormal state due to
unexpected interrupting.
Password needed.
a) Re-charge the mower.
b) Enter the password.
Only status light flashes
with all other LEDs

Automatic setting is invalid. Re-enter a password.
The mower needs
password while
charging
Charging is interrupted. Enter the password and check the reason
why the charging is cut off.
1. If the mower is not connected to the
charging station, reconnect by
sliding forward.
2. If the power supply of the charging
station is not connected correctly,
reconnect it correctly.
The password changed
does not work
a) Changing of password failed
due to wrong password.
b) Changing of password was too
slow (more than 20 seconds).
Repeat the password change procedure.
Low power of the mower
stopped mowing
automatically
a) After restarting the mower by
the On / Off switch, the power
light flashes.
b) After restarting the mower by
the On / Off switch, the power
light does not flash
a) Charge the mower in the charging
station within 5 seconds.
