6.2 Voice Message Recording
It allows recording of customized voice message for 16 seconds in the desired language. When
alarm condition occurs, VCOP dials the voice number, and plays back this voice message. To
record the voice message, telephone handset is connected.
Press

key to go to voice message recording menu.
To start recording, off hook the local house phone press
MENU 3
key and speak in to the handset
MIC for 16 seconds. The display shows remaining time as shown below.
After the time is over, system saves the recording message.
Press
ESC
key to return to PSTN menu.
6.3 Voice Message Playback
In
PSTN
configuration, press
Enter
key to go to voice message recording menu.
To start voice message playing, off hook the local house phone press
MENU 3
key and hear
recorded voice msg in handset speaker for 50 seconds. The LCD shows remaining time as shown
below.
