Cause Remedy
The gas condensing boiler is off.
■
Turn on the ON/OFF switch (see page 22).
■
Set the MCB in the power distribution board (main do-
mestic MCB).
■
Control unit incorrectly adjusted.
■
The remote control (if installed) is set incorrectly.
Separate operating instructions
DHW heating must be enabled.
Check the settings and correct if required:
■
Operating program (see page 16)
■
DHW temperature (see page 26)
■
Time (see page 33)
■
Time program, DHW heating (see page 30)
■
Holiday program enabled for all heating circuits?
No fuel. Open the gas shut-off valve. If necessary, check with
your gas supply utility.
"Fault" is displayed. The light bar is flashing. Check what type of fault it is. Make a note of the fault
message and acknowledge the fault (see page 38). If
necessary, notify your heating contractor.
The DHW is too hot
Cause Remedy
The control unit is set incorrectly. Check the set DHW temperature and correct if required
(see page 30).
The hygiene function is enabled. Wait until the hygiene function has been completed.
... no power is generated
Cause Remedy
Fuel cell is out of operation as no heat transfer through
the DHW cylinder or heating circuits is possible. Wait until heat transfer is possible again.
Fuel cell in regeneration phase Wait until the regeneration phase has been completed.
Note
After approx. 45 hours of operation, the fuel cell will
briefly shut down for regeneration. This ensures that
the power generating performance is maintained.
"Power generation OFF" is selected. Switch on the energy manager. See page 23.
The 5 year service interval has expired. Notify the heating contractor so that the service can be
carried out.
The 10 to 12 year service interval has expired. Notify the heating contractor so that the service can be
carried out.
The total service life of the fuel cell (20 years) has been
exceeded. Notify your heating contractor.
"Fault" is displayed
