Connecting the secondary circuit
1.
Equip the heating circuit on site with
an expansion vessel and safety
assembly (in accordance with
DIN 4757).
Install the safety assembly on site in
the heating water return.
2.
Connect secondary lines to the heat
pump (
7
≥ 42 mm).
!
Please note
To prevent damage to the
appliance, connect the secon-
dary lines to the heat pump
free of load and torque
stresses.
The secondary lines must not
exert any pressure on the
heat pump casing.
!
Please note
Ensure the hydraulic connec-
tions on the secondary side
are tight in order to prevent
the formation of condensate
inside the heat pump.
■ With line entries, ensure the
diaphragm grommets on
the l.h. side panel are
seated correctly.
■ Make line entries air-tight.
3.
Fill and vent the heating circuit.
4.
Thermally insulate pipes inside the
building.
Note
■ In underfloor heating circuits, install a
temperature limiter on site to restrict
the maximum temperature of under-
floor heating systems.
■ Ensure the minimum flow rate, e.g.
with an overflow valve (see specifica-
tion on page 119).
