Opening the heat pump

Contact with 'live' components

Never touch
the wiring cham-
bers (heat pump control unit
and power supplies for internal
and external units, see chapter
"Overview of connections":"
Internal unit" and "Overview of
connections: External unit").
■ When working on the applian-
ces (internal/external units),
isolate the system from the
power supply, e.g. at the sepa-
rate MCB/fuse or at a mains
isolator. Check the system is
isolated from the power supply
and safeguard against re-con-
nection.

The absence of component
earthing can result in serious
injury from electrical current and
in component damage in the
event of an electrical fault.
All earth connectors
must
be
reconnected.

between the
installation and commissioning of
the appliance to prevent equip-

Work on the refrigerant circuit

only
be carried out by cer-
tified personnel (in accordance
with EC 842/2006 and
303/2008).
