4.2.4 Yearly Maintenance
Perform the following procedures at least once every year.
1. Inspect the foundation pad for structural cracks and repair as required.
2. Check torque values on all fasteners as follows:

The required torque value for the foundation anchor bolts is
100 lb-ft (136 Nm).
