9. A "stringing" procedure will help to further ensure that the reflector will have
the best surface accuracy, and thus achieve the best performance possible for Ku
or transmit operation. Refer to Figures 2-11A and 2-11B. Proceed as follows:
a. Choose three Ribs equally spaced around the reflector (120 degrees apart).
Attach a length of 8-10 lb. fishing line (.010-.012 inch diameter) across the
reflector between two of the three chosen points. Seat the line in the left side
of the corner notch between two Panels. Fasten the line to the rib below
using strapping tape.
