=  Switch will occure before backtack and thread trimming e.g. if you want to join two pieces with a  

chain on a program with start and end backtack it will switch to the next sequence before the end  
backtack (picture 1). Backtack and thread trimming will be deactivated. The next sequence starts  
after the start backtack (picture 2). The start backtack is deactivated.

                               

                                          

 

Seam end

        =     The switch will take place (if part of the program) after the end backtack and thread trimming (picture 3).
