ÏËÎÂ (pilau)
With program ÏËÎÂ you can cook a tasty pilau in a short time. To
do this you will need the following ingredients:
carrots (about 200g) - 3 pcs.
medium onion - 2 pcs.
garlic - 1 / 2 head
chicken breast - 400g
seasoning for pilau (if no - add cumin and black pepper), salt - to
taste
vegetable oil - 80ml.
4 measuring cups of rice (Jasmine or Indian Long Grain)
Note:
Use the type of rice that is cooked quickly.
4 measuring cups of water (water should cover the rice to a height
of a phalanx of about 2.5 cm).

chicken and seasoning.
7. Press the ÑÒÀÐÒ key.
8. Cook with the lid open 25 minutes. Mix the food every time.
9. Add pre-washed rice and cover with water. Close the lid

Keep Warm mode. We suggest to cancel the keep warm as it can
overdry the food.
Note
: The section gives an approximate pilau recipe. Results may
vary depending on the products used, size of pieces, in which they
have been cut, the amount of cooked food, the culinary and personal
tastes.
ÌÎËÎ×ÍÀß ÊÀØÀ (milk porridge)
This function is suitable of all kind of porridges: cooked with
milk or water. Use the recipes from cooking book.
1. Place the ingredients into the inner pot, pour necessary quantity
of water or milk.
Note:
do not put food and water higher than top level mark inside
the inner pot.
2. Make sure that the outside of the inner pot and heating plate are
clean and dry. Place the inner pot into the appliance. Turn it round
for full contact with the heating plate.
3. Close the lid tightly.
4. Plug in the appliance to the wall outlet.
5. Press ÔÓÍÊÖÈÈ key to choose ÌÎËÎ×ÍÀß Ê ÀØÀ function. The
display will show cooking time 20 minutes.
6. To set the desired cooking time, please refer to the Cooking time
section.
7. Press ÑÒÀÐÒ key. Number 5 will blink until the function finishes.
Upon finishing of cooking process, the appliance will turn to Keep
warm mode automatically.
8. Press ÎÒÌÅÍÀ key to cancel the Keep warm mode (if needed).

1. Prepare the dough, following recommendations of the recipe chosen

2. Oil the inner pot well.
