The gear of the actuator
is lubri-
cated for life and does not need to be
serviced.
The spindle and the spindle nut in
the actual actuator
(Fig 6a)
are not
lubricated for life and therefore need
relubricating. The actuator is thor-
oughly lubricated on delivery.
Follow the instructions for relubri-
cating the spindle nut
As a minimum after 1,000
lifts/lowerings (of bowl) or
in case of unusual noises
or vibrations.
The spindle nut
“screams” if there is in-
sufficient lubrication.
It is important to keep the
spindle well lubricated be-
cause this is important for
the lifespan of the nut.
