Three Reed switches are fitted to the spindle tube. The bottom switch must be loosened
before the spindle tube can be moved.
•
Mark with a dark marker pen around the switch and clip, so that the switch can be fitted
in exactly the same place after lubrication.
•
Push the switch approx. 50 mm upwards, so that it is free of the machine’s lower bed

to the Reed
switches on
the actuator.

Mark the three pins going to the three Reed switches on the actuator
•
Remove the pins.
•
Cut the various cable ties securing these cables.
•
Then be careful not to damage cables that are hanging loose.
Loosen the
pointed screw
and unscrew
the outer
tube from the
gear

•
Loosen the pointed screw located at the side of the gear.
•
Hold the outer tube and screw clockwise until it is free of the gearbox
•
Lower the tube so it is resting on the bowl arms
