Relubricating of lifting actuator spindle on ERGO 60-100-140

Lubricate the
spindle with
grease
60L-100L-140L
•
Lubricate the spindle with grease of the type Mobilith SHC460 from Mobil.
•
No other type of grease may be used

Lift the spindle tube into position and screw into the gear
•
Screw the pointed screw into place in the spindle tube/gear
•
Fit the pins according to the marking and secure with cable ties

Fit the lower Reed switch to the spindle tube in accordance with the ink markings.
•
The Reed switch must be positioned in the same spot as before dismantling ±1 mm in
height.

Place the guide plate for bowl arms in the
machine and ensure that the marker pen lines
and score marks on the plate and crossbars are
aligned before inserting the screws.
NOTE: The arm on the microswitch must be bent
upwards when the guide plate for bowl arms is
fitted.
If the arm is facing down, it will not be possible
to start the machine’s motor.
•
After loosely fitting the screws, make sure that
the top of the guide plate for bowl arms and the
crossbar are flush all the way around (between
the blue arrows, page 1) – hold the plate in place
with one hand while tightening the screws with
the other hand.
•
Re-tighten the screws.
•
Re-fit the earth cable and any brake resistors.
Attach the
back plate and
lid
•
Secure the cables
•
Reconnect the power supply
•
Attach the back plate
•
Attach the lid
