Maintenance

Maintenance

The 7500 RTG measuring instrument requires no special maintenance.

Exterior cleaning

When cleaning the exterior of measuring devices, always use cleaning agents that do not

attack the surface of the housing and the seals.

Replacement

After a complete 7500 RTG or electronic module has been replaced, the parameters can

be downloaded into the instrument again via the communication interface. Prerequisite

to this is that the data were uploaded to the PC beforehand using the ToF Tool /

Commuwin II.

Measurement can continue without having to carry out a new setup.

• You may have to activate linearization
• You may need to record the tank map again

After an antenna component has been replaced, a new calibration must be carried out.
