VIEWING DATA FILES

In order view a data file, it must first be opened. The “View Translated Files” tab opens as illustrated.

5.6.1

ASCII DATA FILES

To view the logged data exactly as it was recorded, with no processing or interpolation, simply click the “View Translated

ASCII File” button. A standard Windows “Open File” dialog box will appear. Select the required file (ending in .RAW),

and click Open. The data may then be viewed by clicking the ASCII Data tab at the top of the page. This data may be

viewed and copied into external programs, but may not be edited & saved within SurveyLog.
