The
VDF730
provides
totally
two
groups
of
acceleration
/
deceleration
time
for
selection
.
You
can
perform
switchover
by
using
a
DI
terminal
.

Model
dependent
It
is
used
to
adjust
the
carrier
frequency
of
the
AC
drive
,
helping
to
reduce
the
motor
noise
,
avoiding
the
resonance
of
the
mechanical
system
,
and
reducing
the
leakage
current
to
the
earth
and
interference
generated
by
the
AC
drive
.
If
the
carrier
frequency
is
low
,
output current
has
high harmonics
,
and
the
power
loss
and
temperature
rise
of
the
motor
increase
.
If the carrier frequency is high
,
power loss and temperature rise of the motor declines
.
However
,
the
AC
drive
has
an
increase
in
power
loss
,
temperature
rise
and
interference
.
Adjusting the carrier frequency
will exert infuences on the aspects listed in the following
table
.

The
factory
setting
of
carrier
frequency
varies
with
the
AC
drive
power
.
If
you
need
to
modify
the carrier
frequency
,
note
that
if
the
set
carrier frequency is
higher than factory
setting
,
it
will
lead
to
an
increase
in
temperature
rise
of
the
AC

In
this
case
,
you
need

rate
the
AC

.
Otherwise
,
the
AC
drive
may
overheat
and
alarm
.

You
can
change
the
rotation
direction
of
the
motor
just
by
modifying
this
parameter
without
changing
the
motor
wiring
.
Modifying
this
parameter
is
equivalent
to
exchanging

.
Note
The
motor
will
resume
running

after
parameter

.
Do
not
use
this
function
in
applications
where
changing
the
rotating
direction
of
the
motor
is
prohibited
after
system
commissioning
is
complete
.
