Information parameterizing
The new parameters will be accepted after the USB interface cable has been discon

nected.
Automatic mode is not possible if the control system is connected to the PC.
The USB screw connection must be re-installed after the parameterizing has been
completed.

Information about the vehicle number of bus systems (rail bus and SMGM)
It is mandatory that each vehicle has a vehicle number that is unique within the sys
-
tem.
The vehicle number is used for addressing the control system on the bus system.
If a vehicle number is used multiple times in the system, then the communication in
the system is malfunctioning.

Description
Read parameters
The parameters stored on the control system will be downloaded to the PC.
Write parameters
The parameters “A” opened on the PC will be downloaded to the PC.
Save in the file
The parameters opened on the PC will be saved in a file (*.epar).
Load from file
A parameter file (*.epar) will be loaded from a file and will be opened.
Vehicle number ...
The vehicle number is not part of the parameter file – this button can be used to read
and change the vehicle number.
