Initial use (operation)

5.3 Shutdown (switch off)

Take pumping unit out of operation

Stop the process and allow the pumping unit to run for

approx. 30 minutes, with open gas ballast or open inlet (IN).

Condensate and media residues will be flushed out of the

vacuum pump.

IMPORTANT!

Prevent deposits and flush condensate out of

the pump.
