All the operating modes are described below.
Follow the advice given in «Tips and tricks» (see page 37) and in «EasyCook».

Steam

The cooking space is heated simultaneously by steam and hot air. The food is heated up
or cooked by steaming.
Uses

Cooking vegetables, rice, cereal products, pulses and egg dishes

Possible to cook on several levels simultaneously.

A heating element behind the back wall of the cooking space heats up the air inside the
cooking space, which is circulated evenly.
Uses

For cakes, savouries, biscuits, bread and roasts on 1 or 2 levels
