7.1.2 TCP Server Mode
1. Interface Description
Under TCP server mode, the serial device server is assigned an IP port number and passively waits for
the host to connect. When the host initiates a connection request and establishes a connection with
the serial port server, the host can realize two-way transparent data transmission through the network
connection with serial port. The TCP server mode supports up to two session connections
simultaneously, enabling multiple hosts to simultaneously read or send Ethernet data to a serial
device. The interface is shown as bellow:
