Crosspoint Board

Crosspoint Board

Part number 121072-1, the Video Crosspoint board contains 64 inputs and 64 outputs with a
crossbar array in the middle. The Crosspoint board receives signals through the midplane
from the 18 input cards, while switching is carried out by a single crosspoint chip located
underneath the heat sink. After the signal is switched, it is again routed through the midplane
to the output boards.
