Connect:
• Black test probe to the high tension
terminal on the coil.
• Red test probe to the positive (+) terminal
on the coil.
Typical measurement are between 6KΩ
and 20KΩ.
To get the actual figures for a specific coil,
check the manufacturer’s specs.
Don’t forget: Test the ignition coil when it
is hot, and again when it is cold.
