1.3 SWITCHBOARD SERVICES AND SPECIAL FUNCTIONS BUTTONS
Located under the telephone display, these buttons are used to rapidly access some switchboard services
or special telephone functions.
(*): Function supplied by the switchboard. Refer to the switchboard manual for available functions and
detailed descriptions.
Press the button to switch the telephone ringer off.
The corresponding pictogram will appear on the display when
the function is on.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION
Press this button to establish a connection to the door panel.
FUNCTION
Press the button to switch the handset and handfree
microphone off. The corresponding pictogram will appear on the
display when the function is on.
MICROPHONE
OFF
Press this button to adjust the handset and handfree volume.
Press the UP and DOWN navigation buttons to adjust the volume.
VOLUME
ADJUSTMENT
Press this button to manually switch the switchboard night
configuration on (changing the incoming call management according
to time). The current configuration appears on the display
(SUN pictogram for day configuration and MOON pictogram for
night configuration).
DAY/NIGHT

Press the button to access the phone book
menu SEARCH function.
ACCESS
TO PHONE BOOK
Press this button to access a possible external amplifier system.
